Find missing/issued bricks in the building process
Don’t Panic! We’ve Got You Covered. We know how frustrating it is to be stuck in the middle of a build because of a missing brick. Since many of our sets contain thousands of pieces, mistakes can occasionally happen.
How to get free replacement parts:
- Check Your Bags: sometimes small parts get stuck in the corners of the plastic bags. Please double-check!
- Mark the Manual: Find the missing piece in your instruction manual and circle it.
- Snap a Photo: Take a clear photo of the page with the circled part.
- Email Us: Send the photo and your Order Number to contact@lime-loris-489992.hostingersite.com.
We will arrange a free replacement packet to be shipped to you via airmail immediately.
DIGITAL INSTRUCTIONS (PDF)
Can’t Find the Paper Manual? To support eco-friendly practices and keep costs low for you, some of our MOC (My Own Creation) sets do not come with printed manuals.
How to access instructions:
- Check the QR Code: Look for a card with a QR code inside your package. Scan it to download the PDF.
- Check Your USB: Some large sets come with a USB drive containing the files.
- Email Us: If you still can’t find it, simply email us with your Order Number, and we will send you the PDF file directly.
BROKEN OR DAMAGED PARTS
If a part arrives broken or deformed:
- No Need to Return: You do NOT need to ship the broken part back to China.
- Just a Photo: Simply take a photo of the damaged part and email it to us. We will send a replacement or offer a partial refund depending on the severity.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Why hasn’t my tracking updated? As mentioned in our Shipping Policy, we use international logistics lines.
- First 5-7 Days: It is normal for tracking to show “Label Created” or “Shipment Info Received” while the package travels from our warehouse to the international airport.
- Where to Track: We recommend using 17TRACK.net for the most accurate global updates.
