At Gametoystudio, we operate differently from mass-market toy brands. We don’t just sell boxes from a shelf; we are a community of creators. Please read below to understand our “Made-to-Order” process and shipping timelines.
OUR “MADE-TO-ORDER” PHILOSOPHY
Not Mass-Produced: Unlike major brands that mass-produce millions of identical toys, our custom toys are unique and niche.
Zero Inventory, Infinite Designs: To keep our costs low and focus our resources on creating new and exciting designs for you, we do not hold large inventories of finished products.
Crafted Just for You: When you place an order, we start the production process specifically for you. This allows us to offer a huge variety of characters that you cannot find anywhere else.
PRODUCTION TIME (The “Wait” Before Shipping)
Because your items are made on demand, there is a production lead time before shipment.
Production Cycle: Please allow 7-10 business days for us to print, assemble, and quality-check your custom toys.
Status Update: During this time, your order status may remain as “Processing.” Please be patient—we are making sure your figures look perfect.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES (Transit Time)
Once production is finished and the package is handed to the carrier, the estimated transit times are:
United States, UK, DE, FR, AU: 10 – 20 Business Days
Rest of Europe & Canada: 12 – 25 Business Days
Rest of the World: 15 – 30 Business Days
Total Delivery Time = Production Time (7-10 days) + Shipping Time.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive a tracking number after the production is complete and the package leaves our facility.
Note on Tracking: For the first few days after shipping, tracking may show “Label Created” or “Shipment Information Received” while the package travels from our production center to the international logistics hub. This is normal.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Since our products are made-to-order, if you wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
